Return and Refund Policy

1. Returning items

We apply a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Conditions to be eligible:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return procedure:

  1. Contact us via our online form to report your request.
  2. Returns must be sent to the following address:

  3. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a shipping label and detailed instructions to send back your package.
  4. Items returned without prior return request will not be accepted.

2. Damaged or incorrect products

Please check your order upon receipt.
If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and offer a solution.

3. Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned, even within the legal 14-day period:

  • Pre-filled pods included in rechargeable puff kits
  • E-liquids
  • Pre-filled cartridges and pods
  • Coils and clearomizers
  • Sealed products with opened packaging

Note: The battery of rechargeable puff kits may have a defect. In this case, a replacement or simplified return is possible, either through the standard return procedure or provided clear video proof of the issue is supplied.

This rule complies with Article 16 of European Directive 2011/83/EU.

4. Commercial warranties

Some products have a commercial warranty depending on their category:

5. Video proof and replacement without return

For certain products (electronic cigarettes, pods, coils, electronic devices):

  • If a defect is found upon receipt or within the first few days of use, you can request a replacement without returning the product.
  • A clear video proof of the issue is required to benefit from this simplified procedure.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to get a new item is to:

  1. Return the original item (once the return is accepted).
  2. Place a new separate order to receive the desired item.

7. Refunds

  • We will notify you upon receipt and inspection of your return.
  • If the refund is approved, it will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note that the processing and display of the refund by your bank or credit card company may take some time.
