Deliveries and Returns
- Shipping Times
Our shipping service is open Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (excluding public holidays).
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Monday to Friday): when the product is in stock, your order is generally shipped the same day. If an item requires restocking, we do our best to ship your order within 24 to 48 business hours. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays are prepared and shipped from Monday or Tuesday, depending on order volume.
We regularly update our stock to ensure the best possible availability of our products.

Relay point delivery is not automatically offered at checkout. If you wish to be delivered to a relay point, please contact us by email after placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Shipping costs include order preparation, packaging, handling and shipping costs.

🇬🇧 Delivery to the United Kingdom – No VAT or customs fees
Our deliveries to the United Kingdom are made under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) conditions.
This means that the price you pay includes all delivery costs, taxes, and customs formalities. You pay nothing more upon receipt of your parcel.
In accordance with distance selling regulations, orders exceeding €150 per order will be subject to VAT charged to the customer. To avoid this, we have set a maximum amount of €150 per order for customers in the United Kingdom.
If your cart exceeds this amount, we invite you to place two or more separate orders. This ensures that the entire process remains compliant and that you pay no additional fees.
Undelivered countries
We do not deliver to:
- Belgium

- Belarus
- Ukraine
- North Korea
Merchandise Returns
- Returns are only accepted after prior approval, confirmed by email.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- In accordance with the law, you have a 14-day withdrawal period after receiving your order to request a return.
- Products must be returned new, unopened, and in their original packaging.
